We recommend that you have your hearing test completed at an Ear, Nose & Throat doctor's office (ENT or Otolaryngologist). This way you will have the best test and an actual doctor evaluating you. Be sure to get a copy of your test and fax it to us at 1-877-433-3040 or email it to us at info [at] precisehearing [dot] com so we can accurately program your hearing aids.
When you purchase digital hearing aids from us, we will reimburse you for your out-of-pocket cost of your basic hearing test (call for details: 1-800-301-3137). Send us a copy of your bill with a note of how much is not being covered by your insurance and/or Medicare, and we will deduct that amount from your total order amount.
Yes, we only sell brand new hearing aids. Our hearing aids come to you with a full Manufacturer's warranty, case, owners manual, and cleaning tools.
Most orders of in stock items will be shipped within 1 - 2 business days. Our normal business days are Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Hearing aid orders will require additional processing time due to color selection, special ordering and programming. Please discuss expected shipping dates with your representative when placing your order.
If you have worn the hearing aid for a few days and know that an adjustment is needed, simply call us. We will discuss what needs to be done and make notes as to what to do. Then simply make an appointment for an office visit -- or you may ship your hearing aids to us: when the hearing aids arrive we will try to get them adjusted and back in the mail to you within one business day.
With Open Fit hearing aids there are a variety of tubes and domes which are designed to fit different sizes and shapes of ears. We'll help you choose the best fit for you. If you decide that the size you have needs to be changed, we will give you a different size tube and/or dome at no charge.
We offer a full 45-day money-back guarantee for all hearing aid purchases and a 30-day money-back guarantee for most accessories and supplies (a few items are not refundable and are identified as such in their description). Unlike most online retailers and local providers, we do not charge any restocking fees (as long as you return merchandise complete and undamaged). Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
