Hearing aids must be returned in all the original packaging with all the original documentation and manuals. Your return shipment must have a tracking number. We also recommend the shipment be insured for full amount of the goods in question.
NOTE: Precise Hearing will not be responsible for any damage to the hearing aids while in your possession or during shipment. You will be charged for any damage or loss.

1-Year Free Batteries
We will include a complimentary supply of standard (non-rechargeable) batteries suitable for your hearing aids. We will ship your hearing aids with 2 boxes of 40 batteries along with any applicable tubes, domes and wax guards ample for one year of use for typical patients.
